It’s time to change the narrative about wine.

We’re female-founded, Los Angeles-based, and on a mission to change the narrative about wine.

It doesn’t need to be “5 o’clock somewhere” to have a drink. You don’t need to know the tasting notes to know it’s tasty. Drink a glass. Or a bottle. Or a pouch. Yep, you read that right. We’re turning the old expectations of who drinks wine, and how you drink it, on its head.

Our wines are just as delicious if you’re enjoying them at a fancy dinner party, passing around a bottle at a backyard BBQ, or sipping with the other parents on the sideline of your kid’s soccer game.

We produce our wines in Valle De Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico. If you’ve never tasted wine from here, you’re in for a treat. In this region, wine is more than a drink – it’s a journey through the land, a celebration of nature and craft, and an invitation to slow down, savor, and live in each moment. At el VINO, we bring that same energy and spirit north of the border.

We proudly partner with winemaker Lulu Martinez Ojeda, a fourth-generation winemaker who spent a decade in Bordeaux, working at Chateau Brane-Cantenac, before returning to her hometown in Mexico to defy traditions and usher in a new style of winemaking.

el VINO wines are low-intervention, made with less than 2 grams of sugar per bottle, and are naturally lower in alcohol content at 12% ABV.

We’re sure you’ll enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it.
